​COVID-19 PROCEDURES IN ACCORDANCE WITH CDC, and STATE​ GUIDELINES:
1. The church is being professionally cleaned monthly and then we will be disinfecting before each service.
2. We will want to give you all hug​s​ but instead we will be​ greeting you from 6 feet away.
3. Ushers will open the doors wearing gloves so that entry can​ be made without touching door handles. After the service,​ the door will also remain open as attendees exit.
4. Masks and gloves will be available upon request.
5. The sanctuary is set for a 25% occupancy with chairs set in​ groups with social distancing.
6. On the first Sunday of the month, individual communion will​ be place​d​ on each chair prior to the service by an usher with​ gloves.
7. Please wear a mask while attending services.
8. There is a locked slot near the sanctuary door to receive your​ tithes and offerings. We will not pass a collection plate.​ Tithes envelopes are also available in this area.
9. Children’s Ministry will not be started at this time. When the​ time comes that we do restart Sunday School, it would need​ to be done with social distancing and with each child having​ their own Bible and pencil box so nothing would be shared.
10. The nursery and 4 classrooms will be sanitized before​ each service for a family to use if needed.
11. Hand Sanitizer is available in each room in the church​ with a touchless hand sanitizer in the sanctuary.
12. The Sound Booth occupancy will be limited to one​ person.
13. Live Streaming will continue. If you are feeling ill or have​ a fever remain at home. A touchless thermometer is​ available and will be used for children’s ministry.
14. Limit restroom occupancy to 1 person.
15. Bibles are available on a table as you enter the​ Sanctuary. Please take one as our gift if you need one but we​ are not sharing/loaning Bibles at this time.
16. The coffee area will not be open at this time. In the​ future we will set up a plexiglass shield and the area will be​ sanitized with the barista wearing gloves and mask. Self-Service coffee is not allowed at this time.
17. Anything that might be used by more than one person,​ ​such as pens, books etc. are being stored at this time.
18. The stage will be sanitized each week for the worship​ team. Microphones will not be shared and labeled for each​ person.
19. Bulletins will be emailed to you each week instead of​ passed out. If you are not on our bulletin email list please​ sign up on the website.
